About UniTeam Pro Services
UniTeam Pro Services is a commercial and industrial property maintenance company based in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Serving Fort McMurray since 2023, incorporated in 2025. We built the business around a simple idea: property managers shouldn't need a different contractor for every season. One team handles snow removal through the winter and janitorial, landscaping, and grounds care through the rest of the year.
We invested early in our own equipment — trucks, a skid steer, a dump truck, plows, sanders, and a wheel loader — so we're not waiting on subcontractors when a site needs attention. That ownership model is what lets us respond quickly during Fort McMurray's long winters and keep service consistent the rest of the year.
Operations & Field Management
Our field leadership came up through the industry — from snow removal labourer to foreman — and holds a Class 1 driver's licence. They lead daily operations, crew supervision, and on-site client communication.
Administration & Business Management
Our admin side is run by a Business Administration graduate with an Accounting major, handling payroll, invoicing, bookkeeping, and client relations — keeping the business organized and responsive.
Licensed & insured
License #BL-00009108 — Licensed (Home Occupation / Contractor / General Construction & Janitorial) with the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. We also carry $5,000,000 commercial general liability coverage and active WCB coverage.
