Who we are

This site is operated by 2750425 Alberta Corporation O/A UniTeam Pro Services("UniTeam Pro Services," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through uniteamproservices.ca, how we use it, and who it's shared with.

Information you provide to us

We collect information you choose to give us, including:

• Messages you type into the website chat widget
• Your name, contact details, and message when you use our contact form
• Your name, contact details, property address, and preferences when you sign up for residential snow removal

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, or deliver the service you signed up for. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

How the chat widget works

When you send a message through our chat widget, that message (and the rest of the conversation) is sent to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI model powering the chat, in order to generate a response. When the assistant determines you'd like a follow-up, your name and contact details are emailed directly to our team. Chat conversations are not stored in a database on our end — each conversation exists only in your browser for the length of your visit.

Forms and email delivery

Submissions from our contact form and residential snow removal signup form are sent as an email to our team using Resend, an email delivery service. We don't maintain a separate marketing list from these submissions, and we don't share them with third parties except as needed to deliver the email itself.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. With your consent (see the cookie banner), we use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool, to see anonymous, aggregated information about which pages are visited — it does not identify you personally. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local site data for this domain, which will show the cookie banner again.

Data retention

We keep information from inquiries, quotes, and signups for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
